Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made with 100 Roses London are final. Our items are fresh, perishable flowers that are highly sensitive to temperature, light, and moisture. As a result, we do not accept standard returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Defective Items Only

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if you receive a defective product. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographic evidence must be provided

  • Photos must be emailed to 100roseslondon@gmail.com

  • All claims are subject to review and approval by our customer service team

If a return and refund are approved, the flowers must be returned within 12 hours of approval and must be in substantially the same condition as when received. Requests made outside these time limits or returns attempted after the deadline will not qualify for a refund.

Please note that flowers are natural, perishable products. Variations in colour, size, and appearance are normal and not considered defects. Proper care after delivery is essential, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions provided by 100 Roses London.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made at least 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled delivery or shipping date.
