Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
Same-Day Delivery is available on selected items from our Same-Day Delivery Collection when orders are placed before 10:00 AM. Same-day orders must be confirmed with us prior to checkout. Please note that same-day deliveries may be completed any time up to approximately 10:00 PM.
Next-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM.
For Sunday deliveries, orders must be placed by 10:00 PM on Friday.
Requests for Specific Delivery Times
Due to factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions in London, we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time.
If you wish to request a preferred delivery window, please email us at 100roseslondon@gmail.com, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. You are also welcome to call us so a member of our team can assist you directly.
If the Recipient Is Not Available
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided, unless alternative instructions were supplied at checkout.
When possible, the delivery may be left in a safe location (such as a shaded area or with a neighbour), or a message may be left to arrange redelivery. Delivery decisions are made at the driver’s discretion to ensure the flowers’ condition is preserved.
Contacting the Recipient
We may contact the recipient directly to confirm availability or verify the delivery address, unless you request otherwise in the Special Instructions section during checkout.
